Cornerstone Image Size Issue

My website has large images on the top of each page and now all the images have shrunk and are aligned to the left. It may be have happened after a Wordpress update but Im not sure. Since I found the error, I updated Cornerstone and other plugins. Still no change. When I edit a page, the preview shows the images correctly but does not fix the problem. I’ve tried adding an image as Classic Image or the new Image in Cornerstone and it doesn’t fix it either.

Any ideas? I’ve sent the link in a secure note.

I’ve tried manually replacing the image again and the new Cornerstone image doesn’t even appear. The classic image shows up much smaller and aligned to the left like the previous error.

Hey,

Could you provide to us your WP credentials in a secure note?

It’s been added. Thanks!

Hi John, anything you can tell me?

I’ve updated the theme and the problem has gone away.

Glad to hear that

I’m seeing the same issue occur again. The theme is up to date and all the plug-ins are current.

Hello @s13s,

Thanks for updating the thread.

I checked your website and it seems that you are using Jetpack plugin and have activated Jetpack’s Photon module. It is resizing your image. Please disable the module, so that your image appears in its actual size. You can take a look at following article to disable Photon module:

Thanks.

Thank you! That did the trick. I didn’t even know that was in the settings for Jetpack.

Glad we were able to help
