Getting a HTTP 500 Error, it was reported to me today. I just updated cornerstone and X Theme the latest versions available and the issue is still occurring. I disable several plugins and the issue persists.
Running on PHP 5.6.36, Memory 256M and reset permalink.
I had a older version of cornerstone 2.0, when i tried it it shows a compatibility error but not the error 500.
Please advise how i need to proceed. Thanks
Hi,
I checked and can see that you have the latest version of the theme now.

Your site is fine as well and not returning http 500 error.
Can you please confirm.
Thanks
Sorry, I didn’t make it very clear. The error happens when I try to use cornerstone to edit the site. I am attaching a screenshot. Also just updated X theme to 6.24 and cornerstone to 3.2.4 and the issue persists even after recreating .htaccess file and testing on different browsers. Thanks

Hi there,
I have tried to login to your site but the details you have provided does not seem to work.
Kindly login through FTP and edit the wp-config.php file and find the line define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ); then set it to true. Then go back to Cornerstone where you are getting the 500 error and you should get more detailed errors which will give you some clearer information on what is causing the error.
Hope this helps.
This is the error messages i get:
Notice: Undefined index: tco_google_analytics_id in /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tco-google-analytics/functions/options.php on line 51
Notice: Undefined index: tco_meta_tag in /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tco-google-analytics/functions/options.php on line 52
Fatal error:
Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2273768 bytes) in /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/app/class-app.php on line 185
I imagine the memory one is what is causing the problem right? I will contact the hosting company. Let me know if you have any additional advice. Also I reset the user info and verified that it works, thats in case you need it. Thanks a lot!
It worked. I edited the wp-config to allow more memory and it is working now. Thanks again!
Glad to hear you got it sorted.
Cheers!
