Hello @martel,
Thanks for posting in! Please update every thing to the latest versions first. Our latest versions are:
7.2.3
4.2.3
5.3.2
This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).
After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks a lot!
I create a secure note.
I updated but nothing change.
I was going to create a new site if it didn’t work anymore.
On a new one it works.
Hello @martel,
You are still have the issue because you simply uploaded a new version and renamed the x
folder to x7.2.3
which should NOT be the case.
So, I went ahead and uploaded the latest X theme with the correct x
folder name. The issue should be resolved now. Kindly check your Cornerstone now.
Thanks!
I remane to update.
After your message.
Cornerstone work on just a few page. I believe that on old page.
It doesn’t work on a new page.
Is it just me?
I add a video link on a secure note.
I run php 7.4
Hi Martel,
I see that you have WP Rocket and WP-Optimize - Clean, Compress, Cache (even if that is deactivated). Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Thanks,
It work for you?
I clean my cache with wp-rocket, and databse.
i don’t know how for CDN.
I test on my mac and doesn’t work too.
Sorry for my english i translate in my head.
It’s ok i re-create my site on local.
Thanks
Please let us know in case you are having issues again, Martel.
Thanks a lot!
You are most welcome!
