Cornerstone functionality freezes

Hey there,

Ive come up against this issue a few times on different websites. After working for a while in cornerstone functionality just stops. I can’t save my work, create new posts or pages, trigger any of the pop up that allow for text editing, or setting of elements to change. I am still able to move elements around on the page, but not add any new elements. The only way to get out of it is to refresh the page and lose the work. I don’t know how to describe this issue more effectively so i took a screen recording and uploaded it to youtube: https://youtu.be/5lImRwRZp6c

The problem doesnt happen consistently, but happens enough that i felt like i should mention it here.

Everything is up to date.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the video but didn’t recognize the reason behind the issue explained. There might be several reasons behind it, and to check that we need to WordPress admin credentials for this website.

Before anything else, I would also like to inform you that your support period has already expired. Support is included for 12 months from the time of purchase (6 months if purchased from ThemeForest or CodeCanyon), and you can extend it for 6 months or 12 months. You’ll save 25% by extending for 12 months. It will renew at the end of the term, and you can cancel at any time from within your account.
You can also renew your support period by purchasing a new Pro Single or Pro Unlimited license. These are both one-time charges.

Ive added a secure note with the login info.

in terms of support. Was this a recent policy change? Ive been using Theme X for all of my clients for coming up on a decade and have never had a problem accessing support.
