Cornerstone fatal error redeclare

Can anyone help? Cornerstoner plugin no longer active after update.

Message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cornerstone_plugin_init() (previously declared in /home/linweb43/w/whmg.co.uk-1088023798/user/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/cornerstone.php:20) in /home/linweb43/w/whmg.co.uk-1088023798/user/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone-xHFwgh/cornerstone.php on line 21

FIXED!!

Cornerstone had updated and old version was still installed. two versions were causing the clash.
