Cornerstone Fatal error: Cannot redeclare

As the title suggests, the plugin does not work.
I installed Cornerstone along with all the extensions and in the moment of activation gives me a fatal error.

"Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cs_generate_data_attributes () (previously declared in …/wp-content/plugins/tco-video-lock/functions/includes/cs/helpers.php:4) in …/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone /includes/utility/helpers.php on line 181 "

I manually deleted and installed Cornerstone taking the setup inside x_package but it gives the same error.

Any suggestions?
