Cornerstone Errror: "MISSING TRANSLATION: APP.BUILDER.TITLE"

I installed (and quickly uninstalled) W3 Total Cache and since then I am unable to edit any pages in Cornerstone. When I attempt to edit the circle just keeps spinning and the page never loads in cornerstone. When I select options instead of edit , the title "“MISSING TRANSLATION: APP.BUILDER.TITLE” comes up. How can i fix this?
