Cornerstone Errors Pro/Integrity

Hi,

I have been seeing weird errors on the backend of pages that are designed with cornerstone. I made a few updates and noticed these errors. What do they mean and how do I get rid of them? Another issue I’m having is I can’t seem to add gallery images to some of my products in the standard wordpress backend.

I tried to access your site dashboard, and it seems that the page builder is working fine. It might be an issue of browser cache. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and recheck it.

I cleared my cache several times. Even now… when you go to those pages and tick the save option the error still appears. It doesn’t appear if you’re just editing the page. It is only when I save it. I’ve never seen these errors before. As earlier mentioned, another issue I’m having is I can’t seem to add gallery images to some of my products in the standard Wordpress backend. The product in particular would be the haibrush(link provided).

Yes, gallery images were added to a number of products, but this particular product does not save the gallery images once they are added. https://www.shopatkei.com/product/melanin-crown-flex-detangler/ I even duplicated the product and same problem. I am also okay with the current the design of the page you added the row to. I can edit it the error still exists after the page is saved. How can the error be removed? What is causing it?

I do not have an issue adding a Product Gallery images to the mentioned product.

I would highly recommend that you clone your site to a staging site so that we can turn OFF or deactivate the plugins one by one. I have a hunch that the error issue is a caused by one of the plugins.

There’s most definitely something going on because I tried to add more products to the update and when I saved it all of them disappeared, but one. Please do what you can.

I was able to add a product with no issue. It has a featured image and a featured gallery as well.

Something is happening and I can’t quite put my finger on it. I recorded a short video so you can see what’s happening whenever I try to add images to the product gallery.

It may seem to me that the Elementor AI is causing the issue. Please contact their support for further assistance since this is a 3rd party plugin.
