Cornerstone error: Loading... Session Expired

Hi,
I get this error when trying to use cornerstone.

Loading… Session Expired

I’ve been reading about it here already.

I can’t uodate my PHP nor my WordPress now, it would implicate in a change of server in my aws account.

Is there any other option?

Hi Gustavo,

Thanks for writing in! Session expire error usually related to WordPress core. If you’re using an older version of WordPress, you need to update your WordPress to fix this issue.

As for the PHP version, X/Pro themes are backward compatible up-to v5.5.x. However since you’re using other common plugins, it’s better to use v5.6.x or later to avoid any incompatibility issues.
