Cornerstone error in backend admin

The Cornerstone plugin error.

WordPress versión 5.7.1
Tema actual: X – Child Theme (versión 1.0.0)
Plugin actual: Cornerstone (versión 5.3.3)
PHP versión 7.0.22

Hey @gbg4,

Please try deleting Cornerstone and reinstalling it. Also check for Version Compatibility .

If that doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password
• FTP credentials (you can get this from your web host)

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

I am having the identical problem:
Fatal error : Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method ReflectionType::getName() in /var/www/consort_shared/wp/www.consortchorale.org/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/Plugin.php:106

I have tried deleting the plugin and re-installing. No difference.
I am using:
Wordpress: 5.7.1
X Theme: 8.3.3
Cornerstone: 5.3.3
PHP ver: 7.0.33

I am only able to prevent this by reverting Cornerstone back to 5.1.5, my only available previously saved version.

I have checked your website and foun dthe issue you mentioned. Can you please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hello @gbg4,

Please go to your Tools > Site Health. Kindly resolve all the performance issues particularly by updating your PHP to 7.4. You may need further assistance from your hosting provider. If the issue still exists after the update, temporarily deactivate your plugins one at a time.

By having custom developments I have only upgraded to 7.1 and the problem is solved.
