I’m using the most recent update of Theme X, and earlier today we couldn’t get into the backend of our site because of an error.
We went into recovery mode and it showed a problem with the Cornerstone plug-in not loading properly.
Following advice I found online, i deactivated Cornerstone.
CloudLinux automatically updates our PHP.
Now I can’t activate Cornerstone and the whole site is down.
Help.

Thank you for writing in, do you have a backup of the site before the update? If so, please restore to that backup. If not, please provide FTP credentials in a secure note so we can restore your X and Cornerstone versions to 8.3.2.
And what version of PHP do you have? Please make sure it is in PHP 7.4. We saw a lot of crashing sites after updates because of the outdated PHP version.
