looking for help on how to fix this please!

Showing on my home page when logged out of wp-admin:

/home/customer/www/alegriadance.com.au/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/classic/utility/class-shortcode-preserver.php on line 8

Full error shows like this:

Fatal error : Cannot declare class Cornerstone_Shortcode_Preserver, because the name is already in use in /home/customer/www/alegriadance.com.au/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/classic/utility/class-shortcode-preserver.php on line 8

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that the Cornerstone page builder plugin was installed properly or you tried to update the Cornerstone plugin where it was not updated properly just because it is showing an error. I would suggest you please use CPanel or FTP and go to the wp-content/plugins/ and rename or delete the Cornerstone directory. After that, you need to log in to WordPress Dashboard where you get a link to install the Cornerstone plugin again.

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• FTP Details

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
