Hi

The cornerstone elements are not visible on my Wordpress site whatever I try:

  • disable all other plugins
  • empty cach
  • restart with a fresh Wordpress and x-theme install
  • adjust memory allocation in wp-config

What should I try next to make it work? Thanks!

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, please make sure that X and Cornerstone are up to date (X5.2.3 / CS 2.1.4). Also if you have any X extensions plugins, please update it all to its latest version 2.0.3

Remember to clear all caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Cheers!
