My client has just flagged an issue with me on their website with the rich text editor for a text element and the link target inside this editor not display the “tick” when selecting to “open in new tab”

PHP 7.4.3 (I know, not ideal, but I’m not hosting it and the client says they are looking into updating it to 8.x)
Basically, when I’m editing text via the rich text editor for a text field, and I go to edit a link, go into it’s setting, I see this screen:
When I click on the checkbox next to “Open link in a new tab” nothing visually happens (so it looks like it’s not selected), but when I check the HTML code after, it has added the target="_blank".
So, visually it’s not showing the “tick” when this option is actually working.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
