Cornerstone editor not showing changes

When editing existing pages on Onlime.dk changes like duplicating sections and editing grids are not visible. Saving and reloading the editor shows the changes. New headings and text changes work without reloading.

The editor works fine when editing entirely new pages.

We’ve updated and cleared both X cache and WProcket.

Hi Mathias,

Thanks for reaching out.
Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. We need to examine your site to determine the cause of the issue. Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Great, just made a secure note :+1:

Hello @tristup,

It seems that there is an issue of the mixed content issue and there is some JS console error, it might be the issue of plugin conflict issue. It seems that the URLs are not fully replaced while moving the site from staging to production and that causes the Mixed Content issue [ HTTP and HTTPS ] blocking to load of the files.
I would suggest you replace the URL properly and check this again, there are many URL replacement Plugins available in WordPress that help you to replace the URL.
This article will be helpful in this:https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-update-urls-when-moving-your-wordpress-site/

I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details
  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • FTP Details

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks

Hi @prakash_s

Thank you for your response.

It seems like the plugin WP External Links is the problem. Are you aware of any plugin conflicts with that plugin?

Thanks.

Hi Mathias,

Unfortunately, we are not aware of any conflict with the said plugin. I would suggest you contact the plugin author about this.

Thanks
