Cornerstone Editor not opening

Hello,

We’re reaching out again because we’re experiencing another major issue with Cornerstone.

At the moment, we can’t access the Cornerstone editor at all. Whenever we click on Cornerstone , Theme Options , or try to open the editor from any WordPress page, we’re simply redirected to the website’s homepage. The Cornerstone editor never appears.

This is the second major issue we’ve had with the plugin this year, and it’s currently preventing us from making any changes to the site.

We would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this as soon as possible.

I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
