Cornerstone Editor not loading or displaying properly

Hi guys, I’ve gone through all the other forums with this issue and have done all the troubleshooting. I cannot find a fix.

We just updated to the latest version as to avoid the Wordpress update loop and now cannot edit any of the site.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

It seems that you are using an older PHP version. You will have to update it to at least PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.0 version. For further details, please check this out:

You can check the installed version on your site when you go to Tools > Site health > Info > Server.

Thank you! We have gotten onto our hosting manager regarding this.

I am also having a similar issue on another site we manage with cornerstone not loading. I will submit details for that site in the secure note

I’m having an identical problem. Updated Pro to latest version 6.2.0, and Wordpress updated to 6.2. Tried to open cornerstone to edit a page and was just met with a blank grey screen. I rolled the Wordpress version back to 6.1.1 hoping it would fix the issue but problem persists. Any ideas how to fix?

PHP version is 7.4

As for the other site, it is now using Pro 6.2.1 and it is working.
