Cornerstone editor not displaying page

When I enter Cornerstone & select a page to edit, the outline and inspector & globals displays in the menu bar. But the preview of the page just displays the the pulsing ‘loading’ bars |I|. The page never loads. This started yesterday & still will not load today.
It seems as though I could edit elements of my pages & templates, yet I’d be doing it blind with no view of the page I’m working on.

To fix this I have tried to:
Upgrade Pro to 6.1.2
Upgrade OS to OSX 12.6.3
Full shutdown & restart machine.

Server info: (note I am still running PHP 7.4.33 as I was told Pro does not yet run PHP8)

Hi Chris,

Thanks for reaching out.
I suspect that it might be due to an improper update of Pro, I would suggest you deactivate and delete the Pro and re-install the version by downloading from your Themeco account and check if that resolves your issue. If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it
  5. CSS/JS Customization
  6. Disabling Cache
  7. Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

Thank you Tristup, Yes I found there must be a conflict with Autoptimize. I try to only install plugins that are recommended by your staff in the forums. I understand it can be complicated as things are continually updated.
I have beed working hard to try and have Google Search Console give me half way decent results on my pages. All of my (89) URLs are ‘failing’ mostly due to longer LCP. I have been going through all the suggestions on your forums and trying all the tricks I can to help improve this. Autoptimize was helping quite bit. But, disabling it allows me to see my pages while I edit them. So, thanks for the tip.

You are most welcome, Chris.
