Cornerstone editor dont load

Hi

My site is working like normal, but I cant add post or pages using the cornerstone editor. When I press the red ‘Edit with cornerstone’ button, the screen flickers and revert to nornal texteditor. The Cornerstone is not loading…

I am using the latest WP ( 4.9.8 )and cornerstone plugin (6.2.5 ), I have cleared the cache, disabled a lot of other plugins nothing seems to help

Thanks for reaching out.

Are you referring when adding new post/page and it doesn’t go to the builder once the button is clicked? Since the new post has no ID, then the builder will not load and just redirect back. I recommend saving it as a draft or publish it first before editing in the builder.

Else, please provide your site’s URL and admin login credentials so we could check. And if it’s a bug then I’ll add it to our issue tracker.
