Cornerstone editor does not open (again)

Hi there,

My Cornerstone editor won’t open. This is the second time within two weeks. The first time I got it to work because of a plugin that was not compatible with Cornerstone (thanks to a tip read here on the forum). Now I have no clue what to do, I need all the plugins that I have and it has always worked just fine for the past two years. Our website is www.casenine.com

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache
5. Permalinks

I recommend the following troubleshooting.

1.) Increase PHP Memory Limit
2.) Increase PHP Execution Time Limit

I would also recommend increasing the following server settings to the specified value or larger. Please consult to your web host for all these server settings

PHP configuration recommended

memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300

If none of those work, please send your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
