Cornerstone editor content not loading on few pages

Hi,

In 1 of our client’s website, cornerstone editor content not loading on few pages.

Steps which we already followed to resolve this:

  1. Updated plugin and theme recently before 2 months.
  2. Tested plugin conflict, not found an issue in any plugin.

I have checked all three pages but didn’t find any content in it and that loads perfectly fine in the Page Builder.

Hi,

If you edit the page using edit with cornerstone, then it will not display any section.

Edit page normally, and you can see editor code written there. Previously these pages are working fine. We didn’t made any changes in these page since last many days.

Hello Dipika,

Thanks for sharing the login details I went ahead and check your site it seems that you might have edited the page content outside the cornerstone page builder just because it is not working. I would suggest you go to the page and restore the page from the revision please have a look at this article.

In case it doesn’t work for you I would suggest you please contact your hosting provider and restore the database to the previous date.
