Thanks for writing in! I have inspected your site and I found out that there is a JS error on the page. I am seeing this:

The issue is coming from your 123Dentist Clinic Info plugin. Please contact the creators of this plugin to get this issue resolved.

@ruenel did you try to understand the problem?

Cornerstone pages are not loading.

Forget about the JS error on the front website it is not the problem. I already gave admin credentials. Login to the admin, edit any page using cornerstone or open cornertstone theme options page it won’t load, now see the JS error here. You can disable any plugin to check if there is compatibility issue with the plugin. 123Dentist plugin is being used in more than 100 websites I have, so this plugin might not be the real problem.

Need this fixed ASAP.

I would inspect that gzip is installed on this site, or update it. Alternatively if you add the following to a child theme it will disable it. I already did this on your child theme and I’ve got cornerstone running, so I suspect something is up with Gzip on this site.

@charlie I am able to access the Cornerstone; however whatever the changes are made on the site is not reflecting on the site. Can you please look in to it ASAP. Thank you

Hi @PNP,

I am not sure what you mean by not reflecting on the site. I have made a few temporary changes on multiple pages, and it was showing in the front end properly. If you are still getting this issue, I would request you provide a screen-casting video to recognize the problem.

@tristup I tried to make changes to the “About Us” and “Contact” pages. Neither textual nor the image changes are reflecting. Could you please make sure that the whole website is fully operational. Thank you

I have checked it again on the Home page and the changes are shown properly.

If changes are not been shown on the mentioned pages, that might be the problem with those pages only. I would suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1. Theme Related Issue
2. Plugin Conflict
3. Theme Update related issue
4. Child Theme Related issue
5. CSS/JS Customization
6. Disabling Cache
7. Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

@tristup We have checked all the points mentioned above but the problem persists. While we prepare and provide the staging server details, it would be appreciated if you are able to look in to the “About Us” page on priority since it is urgent. I have checked your About Us and Contact Us pages. What section or element did not reflect on the live view of the page? Please send us a screenshot because based on my test I could not replicate the issue.
