I have updated X and validated it. I cant find no cornerstone to download. There is no such product in my Account page. I cant find no place in your information about where to locate the cornerstone download anywhere else.

I checked your website Dashboard. It seems that Cornerstone page builder is already installed at your website since the Cornerstone plugin in an extension plugin of the X theme and it would be auto-installed after theme installation and validation.
The latest Cornerstone version is 4.2.3 for more information please have a look at this page https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility
