Cornerstone down install package not available

I rcvd this : I’m trying to activate cornerstone in the plugin section and I get this message: Fatal error: Cannot declare class Cornerstone_Plugin_Base, because the name is already in use in /nas/content/live/pyramidtime/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/utility/plugin-base.php on line 6

I found the past thread and deleted cornerstone plugin and looked at ftp, but cornerstone folder not listed.

I tried to add cornerstone using plugin, hit install I get this: Installation failed: Installation package not available.

Can you help?

Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out.

I check your website and I found out that you are using Pro Theme. Pro Theme doesn’t need to install a cornerstone plugin because Pro Theme has a built in cornerstone. Unlike if you are using our X theme, X theme require a cornerstone plugin to work.
