Cornerstone doesn't work - spinning wheel

Hi there,
I’m just using the x-Theme. But since some weeks I’m not able to edit any part of my website because the cornerstone plugin doesn’t work. There is just the spinning wheel, but the site isn’t loading. I just cleared the cache, reinstalled the cornerstone plugin, updated the plugin and the Theme, but nothing worked. Is there anything more i can try?

Thanks for writing in . It could be because of the version of your Wordpress, try upgrading it to 5.0 or later. We would recommend fully updating to WordPress 5.2. If you already did that and the issue is still there then please share to us a credential to your site in a secure note, so that we can investigate further.
