Cornerstone doesn't load - tried the basics but still coming up short

Hi all,

I’ve got the dreaded “Cornerstone wheel of death”.

I’ve tried:

• Re-installing X and Cornerstone
• Disabling all plugins

I’ve increased ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’ in wp-config to 768M. Still no deal. Could someone please take a look and let me know what’s going on? Many thanks in advance. (site login creds in Secure Note)

Are you having the issue in specific pages of your site?

I tried opening some of your pages and they are loading fine in Cornerstone without any issues. Here an example:

Hi Jade. Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly.

That’s really interesting, as I can’t get CS to load the page interface at all from my end. I’ve tried various browsers as well as using Incognito Mode, but nothing’s working. Note the ‘spinning wheel’ doesn’t time-out; the times where I’ve had a CS loading issue before I’ve always eventually got a warning message. This time the wheel just sits there spinning forever (well, maybe not forever, but I’ve left it sitting for 15+ minutes and it didn’t time out.)

Clearly the issue is at my end. I’m going to have to dig deeper to see what I can do to fix things- though I’m at a loss where to start. Any ideas you could share?

Hello Gee,

It might be a long shot but have you tried restarting your internet connection to try to refresh your network cache?

You may also try checking in a different computer and if you’re able to get the site loaded in Cornerstone.
