Cornerstone doesn't load properly?!

Hi guys,

I have a issue adjusting the content of the page → https://prnt.sc/uuice3 I checked the other pages there are no problems there!

Can you help us with this strange problem?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your setup and there seems to be a third party plugin / script conflict which is preventing the page to load in Cornerstone. I’d suggest you to please check for the following first:

  1. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  2. CHILD THEME
  3. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  4. DISABLING CACHE
  5. DISABLING CDN
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Let us know how this goes!

thank you for the quick response. I checked things out and I think it’s from Essential Grid plugin because the version that is supported by Theme X is 3.0.6 -> https://prnt.sc/uw00if and ours is currently 3.0.7 -> https://prnt.sc/uw00w3 I guess that’s the problem … although whether the plugin is enabled or disabled the problem remains?
although I doubt another plugin -> “WooCommerce” the version of the plugin is supported by Theme X but when I disable it this appears -> https://prnt.sc/uw0mah

What I found by investigating a few other pages in your site, that the pages edited in the Block editors are not opening in the Cornerstone, even in few pages the contents are added using the Block editor which does not open.
Whereas the pages have the Cornerstone elements, that opens perfectly on the editor. I have created an example page to test, and it also works perfect, please find the URL in the secure note.

And it seems that the existing Cornerstone content has been edited using the Block editor and that is the cause of the issue.
Regretfully, the content added or edited through the Block or Gutenberg editor is not editable in the Cornerstone editor and vise-versa. That’s why the edited content is not showing in the Cornerstone.

thank you for the answer that guided me a lot! I started looking at them section by section and it turned out that one of them was doing this problem! I removed it and made it anew and now everything is ok!
