Cornerstone doesn't load on Homepage

Hello,

we are experiencing the same problem on two different sites, with different hosts.

Whenever I try to edit a site with Cornerstone it doesn’t work and just keeps on loading but screen stays black

We have this for https://diamondshieldzapper.com/ as well as https://pizzarei.de/ - the other pages from these websites work, it’s mainly the starting main page that doesn’t load.

We tried updating everything and had two different Cornerstone and X Theme Updates. (as well as Wordpress on on site)

I will provide Login info for https://diamondshieldzapper.com/ - we appreciate the help.

Thanks for writing to us.

It appears there’s a plugin conflict. I deactivated all plugins, and the builder is now working fine. Please purge all caches, deactivate plugins one by one, and recheck to identify the culprit.
