I checked the page and in dev tools I see a error message that indicates two possibilities i.e it’s a plugin conflict or Cornerstone is not properly installed or updated. Now as it’s a live website I am not allowed to fiddle with the same. In that regards, please do following:
- Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
- If plugin conflict does not resolve the problem then from Plugins > Installed Plugins deactivate and delete Cornerstone (this will no delete the work you have done). After that visit X menu to automatically install Cornerstone. See it that resolves the issue.
In case problem is still there, please give us the permission to further troubleshoot the problem. Please note that while we are doing the testing, website may have temporary layout issues.
