Cornerstone does not work

My cornerstone is not working. I updated it and it still does not work. Please assist. thanks

Thanks for writing in!

Can you try the following please:

  • Make sure both X and Cornerstone are up to date (i.e, that you aren’t using an old version of X with the latest Cornerstone).
  • Ensure all caches are cleared, if required for testing. Please disable any caching plugins and check.
  • If you use Cloudflare (if you don’t, ignore this), please disable that for testing as well.

When you say Cornerstone isn’t working, are you getting a specific error message?

Hi Jack, I tried everything you mentioned and it still does not work. Here’s what’s happening…When I’m on a create new post, I click edit with cornerstone, the page reloads to exactly the same page. It doesn’t take me to the cornerstone editing page. Thanks!

For anyone having the same problem, please try these steps:

  • Make sure you’re using the latest versions: http://theme.co/changelog/
  • Clear all caches
  • If you’re using CloudFlare, put it in Development Mode
  • If you’re still having problems, open your own thread with a link to your site and a detailed description of the problem you’re experiencing.
