Hello

My cornerstone does not work after updating X

I use 512 MiB memery limit
PHP v5.6.36 version
execution time 300s

Please help me

Hey, did you clear cache on server and browser? Sounds too obvious but it’s definitely a good possibility.

Really depends on your hosting, but if your hosting offers this then you should check the hosting backend panel. Popular words to look for are: Varnish, Redis or Nginx. Usually, however, you need to configure these in order to make use of them so if you haven’t done this before there is a good chance you’re not using the aforementioned options.

Other things to try are disabling all plugins to see if that fixes the issue or simply try to use an incognito window to see if the browser is acting up. Also trying a different browser than you’re used to rule out browser issues and you could try to change the php version on the server to 7 or later (and change it back if it doesn’t fix anything)

Might not be 100% same issue as you have, but the steps used could work for your issue as well.

Try clearing your Firefox cache (https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic) or use the private mode (ctrl + shift + p) where there are not cache and add-ons involve.
