My site is down and show a 503 error. a2 Hosting has reviewed and identifies issue with theme. Using default theme while trying to get X-theme working . Cornerstone out of date, when trying to update it does not recognize and I get error message: " This looks like a brand new purchase code that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet. Login to your existing account or register a new one to continue." Help please.

I checked your Themeco account dashboard it seems that you have noted added the site URL on the location box properly. I would suggest you please add the URL in the valid format on the location text box to get the validation properly.

I am experiencing a 503 service unavailable issue when activating the X parent theme. I suspect that the X theme is corrupted, please download the latest version of X from your theme dashboard or if you can provide us FTP access that would be great, just add the credentials in the secure note.

I appreciate your efforts and offer to re-install, which you are authorized to do. The corrupted theme now installed is a child theme with some foreign language (Thai) facilities that I assume will be lost. However, I will mention nevertheless, in case there is anything that can be done to identify and salvage for the corrupted file. Thanks, Ray

Upon checking the given FTP access is not working, please update them with the correct ones. On the other hand, if you can access your server files go to this directory wp-content/themes/ then delete or rename the X theme.
