Cornerstone does not load, Javascript error

on a customers site cornerstone does not load the start page.
There is an endless loading gif.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

If none of those work, it would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thank you very much.
The plugin that is causing the error is Complianz.
When it is deactivated, cornerstone loads the main page correctly.
I have found other forum entries with that topic.
Many users use Complianz.
I use it on over 40 professional websites.
Is there a timeline to make it compatible again?
Are you in contact with Complianz?

Hey Hannes,

We’re glad that you were able to find the culprit. We are not in contact with Complianz plugin and it is not part of our bundled plugin. That being said, we cannot promise that there will be a fix for this compatibility issue. I’ll add just add this as a feature request so that it will be taken into action in the future.
