Recently switched to the WooCommerce Storefront theme and it looks like cornerstone needs to be re-registered. Can I get some help? See attached for screenshots!

I’ve checked your account and you have a purchase of X. When Cornerstone is being used with a third party theme, Cornerstone requires it’s own license code as a standalone product which is available from CodeCanyon.
