Cornerstone could not update page after adding modern slider via page builder

Browsers cannot find the website. https://southcountyphotoclub.com/wp-admin/index.php opens the dashboard and the home page content is there.

This happened after I added the second slider at the bottom of the page. At that point I could no longer edit page using cornerstone, page builder.

I believe that you have a backup of your website, you can use that as your option to revert back the data of your homepage.

It would also be best if you could share with us your login credentials so that we can check the backend settings properly? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

I have checked and found that the Home page is not editable with the Cornerstone while clicking into the Edit with Cornerstone it opens the Page Builder but it keeps loading. It seems that all the pages are having the same problem. There might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. CSS/JS Customization
  5. Disabling Cache
  6. Disabling CDN
  7. Increasing PHP Memory Limit

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

NOTE: Regarding the autoindex:error problem, it might be some issue with your server settings, I would suggest you contact your Hosting Service provider on this.
