Cornerstone could not be activated

Hi, after using the theme X and built a whole website i deactivated it for a second and now i can´t activate it again. The system says: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cs_generate_data_attributes() (previously declared in /mnt/web307/d2/36/59324436/htdocs/WordPress_SecureMode_02/wp-content/plugins/tco-video-lock/functions/includes/cs/helpers.php:4) in /mnt/web307/d2/36/59324436/htdocs/WordPress_SecureMode_02/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/utility/helpers.php on line 256

what can i do to fix this?

Thanks for writing in! Please deactivate the Video Lock plugin. You may need to update it to the latest version which is Video Lock 2.0.4. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
