I’ve just spent all day creating a web page in Cornerstone. Now when I publish the page I get this:

If I try to open the page in the Cornerstone editor it gives me a message about a conflict with the front end and won’t load it.
Is there any way of getting my work back?
Why did this happen and how can we prevent it happening again?
