Cornerstone conflicting with cookie directive plugin

When in header editing mode, clicking the cookie acceptation button in the preview duplicates the whole bottom section of controls; doing this multiple times eventually fills up the whole screen: https://postimg.org/image/9vhfcl6l9/ (image link valid until Aug 13th 2017)

You can try to use another cache plugin because we can`t offer support for third party plugins.
