Hello,
our website has moved from BETA to production (new domain).
For our prod. domain SSL is required and I installed a plugin: WP SSL Redirect and the site is redirecting to show https.
Validation & site change under licence all worked fine. Setup under Licence: https://
The green lock is not showing yet, as I need to change the media links, which I wanted to edit using Cornerstone.
Cornerstone is now no longer working. No error message is listed. The icon and spinning wheel is running endlessly. This applies to pages, posts, etc. basically all Cornerstone functionality.
If I deactivate the SSL plugin then I can access Cornerstone. For GDPR compliance reasons, I need to use SSL. I am not sure if the problem will be resolved with another SSL plugin. This could be the URL setup under General Settings and the Permalinks pages, which is managed by our hosting provider.
I will provide my admin access in a secure note, and appreciate if you could double check and find out what the issue is.
FYI, I have left the “WP SSL Redirect” plugin activated, so you can see the issue I am encountering with Cornerstone.
