Cornerstone Component Loading issue

In the Cornerstone editor, components are loading, but the design part is not visible. We would like to resolve this issue.

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that there might be an issue of plugin conflict or cache issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • FTP Details

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Hello Mark,

I tried to access the site dashboard but the given login details are not working on my end. As per your given video, it seems that there is an issue with your child theme, please remember that we don’t provide customized child theme support it is out of the support scope.

For the theme update, it might be the issue cache I would suggest you please purge all the cache and recheck it or you can download the Pro theme from the Themeco account dashboard and I would suggest you please update the theme using the FTP. In case you have not seen how to update the theme using the FTP please have a look at this documentation.

I checked your site it seems that the component is rendering fine in the page builder. Please clear your browser cache and check it again.

Hi Prakash, I think that is because parent rather than child is activated? I’ve done some more digging and it appears to link to some custom code in the child theme’s function.php file. I’ve passed to the dev to check tomorrow. Will let you know if I need any further help
