Cornerstone columns become rows

Hi there,

When I am trying to build a new post with cornerstone, columns become rows instead. I have tried this trick -https://theme.co/apex/forums/topic/column-layout-cornerstone/ - but it did not work. I have recently deactivated all plugins and also changed polylang for the paid WPML, since I was having compatibility issues. Cornerstone seemed to be working fine, but suddenly I can no longer get columns.
I’m getting very tired of all these problems, to be honest.
Can you help me with this, please?

BTW I just saw this support response for the same problem to another person- https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/column-layout-not-working-after-cornerstone-update/64547 .
To be clear: I see the columns options, I have done that before. Now, however, when I click there, instead of columns I get a stack of rows. Please help!

This issue usually happen after you have updated Cornerstone to version 4.0.2 while using the older version of the theme (6.5.5 in your case). Please be advised that X 7.0.2 is now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues, like you have mentioned above, so be sure to check out the changelog (https://theme.co/changelog/). Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
