Cornerstone changes my HTML

Hi. I am building pages with Cornerstone. I create a section and then a row. I insert the Text element into the row. I click inside the Text element and click on the Edit Text control in the left panel. I create HTML mixed with X-theme shortcodes for [block_grid].

When I leave that control, go to another, and return to that control, my HTML has been changed. Paragraph tags and Line Break tags now surround my shortcodes.

How do I fix this? Thank you.

Thank you for writing in, instead of the Text element, please use the Content Area element, that’s the element for custom markup and shortcodes.

You can also check your HTML mark here and make sure it has no errors.
