Cornerstone causing error message to appear

Hello

I’ve installed X theme and validated the license.

When Cornerstone auto-installs I get this error message…

Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/definition.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/usr/local/apache/htdocs:/tmp:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/share:/etc/xml:/etc/pki:/usr/bin-safe:/home:/home2:/home3) in /home2/darkskyswales/BW92I4SP/htdocs/darkskyswales/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/classic/elements/class-element-orchestrator.php on line 219

…repeated a bunch of times at the top of the page.

I’ve deactivated all other plugins and it still appears. Deactivating Cornerstone clears it.

What do I need to do to remove the warning?

Thanks

Hello Andrew,

Hope you’re well today.

Based on the error message you have indicated, this seems like there is some setting in your hosting that must be correctly set in order for X to work.

Kindly get in touch with your hosting provider and they should be able to have this sorted out for you.

Thank you.
