Cornerstone causing "E&P Forms" to fail

Hi team,
I’m having issues with a site whereby cornerstone is causing all the E&P Forms (except 1) to stop functioning … can’t preview the forms, they won’t show up in their page. If I disable the cornerstone plugin the forms work … they show up when previewed and on their pages but of course the site doesn’t work properly as I’ve built the site in ‘Cornerstone’.

The form that does work seems to be an anomaly. When I duplicate the form and preview it - it doesn’t work.

The customer reported the issue and I updated cornerstone and E&P forms … + the other plugins that needed updating. This didn’t do anything.

The site is very old but everything has been ticking along fairly uneventfully and the customer doesn’t want to pay for a refresh.

Please advise. Any help would be appreciated.

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Hi @nixonjust,

I can confirm that you have an issue with your WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder but the cornerstone plugin is not the issue because when I tried to disable all your plugins except WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder and cornerstone plugin for about a couple of minutes, your form preview page is just working fine. So I conclude that there’s another plugin causing your WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder not to work properly. I suggest that you will disable all your plugins except for WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder and cornerstone then activate the plugin one by one to find the culprit.

Thanks. I’ll give it a go. Previously when I was toggling Cornerstone on and off, it seemed that was the culprit. I’ll jump and have a look.
