Cornerstone causing critical error after update

Hi guys, I can only access my backend in recovery mode. My frontend displays an error except for my blog page.
PHP (7.0.33 is the current PHP. My host is good and they say it is fine and I think hardened php sorts out any issues anyway.
Can you advise please?

(I tried the usual troubleshooting steps such as disable plugins and update x while deleting and reinstalling cornerstone etc.)

Hi Brian,

Thanks for reaching out!

Please try temporarily downgrading the PHP version below version 7 or upgrading PHP to 7.4 and see if the error goes away. This issue was already posted to our issue tracker.

Please stay tuned and hope that helps.

Thank you.

Thanks Marc.
I downgraded to 5.6 but no change.
The highest PHP is 7.3 and that didnt work either. Ive mailed Blacknight, my host for advice.

If you can think of anything else please do login and have a look in my dashboard if you need to!

THnaks,
Brian.

Apologies Marc, I think the PHP 7.3 worked - but i forgot to activate the cornerstone plugin again, once activated my site is working again,
thanks.
