Cornerstone Causing A Redirect

When I attempt to edit a page with Cornerstone, I get a redirect error:
http://www.thecustomercatcher.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fthecustomercatcher.com%2Fx%2F&reauth=1#/content

This not only happens with Cornerstone, but some of my menu items as well. For example, if I try to open Plugins -> Installed Plugins, the same thing happens. I get redirected to the login page. The username field and password field are yellow. If I reenter, I I am then directed to the wp-admin screen, and can access the Installed Plugins.

It seems like it is some sort of login information pass-through problem.

Cornerstone version 3.0.4
X Theme 6.0.4
No cloudfare

It also happens in Chrome, Firefox and Edge, so it’s not browser related.

When I turn off X to another theme, and only have Cornerstone, I get this error:

I checked your website and tried to edit a page using Cornerstone. However, in dev tools I see following error message:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 (Gateway Time-out) http://www.thecustomercatcher.com/index/cornerstone-endpoint

I suggest you to please take a look at following resource for possible solutions to 504 error message.

I request you to not self bump the tickets as it pushes back the ticket into the queue which in turn slows down the response time.

OK, I can load every page in the editor except the main page (Home) that is giving me the fits. I’m going to try to create a new page with the template I saved, set that as my static homepage, and see if it helped (5:13pm)

Yes, there could be a problem in the home page that causing your setup not to work.
