Cornerstone causes fatal error when activated

Hi,

I cannot activate Cornerstone on my website.

I tried both versions 4.1.3 and 4.1.2 and both say " Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error."

Because Cornerstone is inactive, some widgets are appearing strangely on my site, such as Carousels:

Can anyone help me fix this?
