Cornerstone - Bummer error

Updated X theme and Cornerstone and when I attempt to open Cornerstone I get this:
The page you are looking for is no longer here, or never existed in the first place (bummer). You can try searching for what you are looking for using the form below. If that still doesn’t provide the results you are looking for, you can always start over from the home page.

I have tried the Permalinks fix (No change) as well as everything else I can find to try and nothing seems to help. What to do?

Both the Latest versions of X and Cornerstone - WordPress 6.2

I’m getting an SSL issue on your site. Can you check that out and see if your site is fixed after that?

That has been corrected… temp issue was unrelated.

It appears the Cornerstone information is not updating in the mySQL database. When I look inside it it still shows ver 4.2.3 - and entries showing NULL I also noticed it is removing the SLUG information when I attempt to open a page with Cornerstone - Any idea how to clear the database of “old” information for Cornerstone?

Hi Phil,

I have checked your website and found the issue you described here. I would suggest you delete X and Cornerstone and install the X downloading from your Themeco Account. If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Thanks

I created a Staging site and the Cornerstone opens there fine. Why would that be? It is a copy of the entire site so what could be the difference?

Hi Phil,

If that is the case, I would suggest you migrate the staging server to live and check if that resolves your problem or not.

Thanks

I migrated the staged site over to my live server and I still continue to have the same issue. I need to know what is causing this issue.

Hello @WEBFXLLC,

You are having the issue because of the code you have added in your wp-config.php file.

  • see the code in the secure note below.

Kindly remove this PHP block and test your site again.

Outstanding! Thank You so much! - That did it.

You are most welcome.
