Cornerstone builder not loading on site that hasnt had this issue until recently

Hi there I have a website that was built on Pro and though I did not build it, I’ve been able to update it in the past. Today I need to make a simple edit and no matter which page I try to load, the cornerstone builder never loads. The loading screen tries to load but never finishes loading. I have pro updated to the latest version and all classic elements + toggle all permissions are on in the cornerstone settings. I can provide a secure note with logins etc

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that might be an issue of cache and it seems that you are using multiple plugins( Autoptimize & WP Rocket) for cache and optimization I would suggest you please purge all the cache from both plugins and temporarily deactivate the plugin and recheck it

Hi thank you for the reply, this seems to kind of work but the builder is loading very shaky images I’ll try to show in a screenshot

well the screenshot isnt showing anything, can you see the same if you log in on your end?

I checked your site it seems that the page builder is working fine on my end. I checked your website on Google Chrome version 122.0.6261.129. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache or check it on the private mode of the browser.
