Cornerstone broke

Hi,

I have made a several update for a website because for all page we are unable to edit whit cornerstone. For unknown reason, all page are, in the admin, in text mode. If we click on edit whit cornerstone, we will lose all data. But we can see in text mode, there is all cs shortcode. So the structure of cornerstone. Is it possible to rebound the existing page content whit cornerstone ?

Thanks for writing in!

Please be advised that you are not suppose to switched between editors. All pages and posts created with Cornerstone shall only be edited within Cornerstone. Editing it outside of Cornerstone will corrupt cornerstone data which will no longer allow you to edit it back in Cornerstone. If you revert it back in Cornerstone, only the last saved status will be load and anything you have changed or added outside of Cornerstone will not reflect in Cornerstone preview area.

Hi thanks for ypur reply, indeed i know that but it seems my client staff dont know that so they have switch several page, and i wonder if there is a solution to revert that whitout lose data. Txs

Hey Simon,

Regretfully once you switch between editor, Cornerstone no longer have any control with the page/post contents. You cannot revert or make sure that the changes will be saved and loaded in Cornerstone preview if you go back to Cornerstone.
